Tesarcare TH Tablet contains two medicines, both of which help to control high blood pressure. It is generally used when one medicine alone is not able to effectively control the blood pressure.

• Telmisartan works by widening blood vessels which helps blood to flow more easily. This lowers blood pressure.
• Lowering blood pressure reduces risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or kidney problems.
